Alect Piccini
Alect Piccini is a visual designer based in Italy.
Having grown up reading comics and manga, he started studying art and communication at high school, where he became passionate about graphic design and painting. He spent a year in Tokyo, living and breathing the history of design. His close connection to Japan continues to be a significant influence on his works. The primary purpose of every illustration he makes is focused on the study of the stroke, be it pencil or brush.
Alect’s works are mainly focused on storytelling, searching for hidden messages in every daily situation. Thanks to his background as a street artist, he feels the urge to communicate messages through his artworks.
