Jana Fak

 
 

Jana Fak is a freelance illustrator and graphic designer living in Maribor, Slovenia. From an early age, Jana knew she would become an artist. Her passion for art led her to study painting at the Arthouse College of Visual Arts, Ljubljana, Slovenia. 

Her biggest inspirations are people, animals and Japanese animated movies, particularly Studio Ghibli. 

She has been creating digital art for over ten years. Throughout her career, Jana has continuously developed her unique illustrative style. Her work is a reflection of her inner universe, simplified yet also rich in detail. 

She loves to play with vibrant colours, organic shapes and simple graphic elements, which she tries to connect into one unified whole. 

Jana has worked with various graphic design firms, advertising agencies, and private commissions for individuals. Her work has been exhibited in Slovenia, Europe and China.
