Fergus Wachala-Kelly (Fewk)
From his studio in Portstewart, Northern Ireland, Fergus Wachala-Kelly collaborates closely with actors and musicians to visualise their work for marketing and promotional collateral.
Fergus sees his role as the canvas for turning abstract thought into the reality of visual expression. His designs aim to open the doors of expression for his clients to cry out, “Yes! That’s exactly what I am trying to say.”
After studying architecture at Queen’s University Belfast, Fergus moved to the Netherlands to further his training in the commercial world of building design. In Rotterdam he rediscovered his passion for free-flowing illustrative design, stretching the bounds of the possible against the walls of the conventional. He discovered that intuitive illustrative expression when targeted correctly opened up a new world of possibility. Each day brings new challenges and new opportunities, and Fergus knows the power that his illustrative work can spark in others. His dream is to make the dream in others come true.
