“Eyes in the clouds, feet anchored in Montreal. 

I am a self-taught artist. I have learnt a lot through the imitation of characters in my favourite graphic novels. I regularly draw, Olympians train every day to be professionals, and so do I. It is only at the age of 26 that I decided to complete an ACS in graphic design.

When I draw, I like representing another passion that I also practice, Kung Fu. I have always admired the Chinese culture; there is art everywhere! Artists I look up to are Jamie Hewlett, James Harren and Akira Toriyama.

I would describe what I create as an expression of all positive and negative ideas and things that I observe, live or feel. It is like a high-pressure tap; it needs to leak every so often if you don’t want the contents to overflow.

I have experimented with many mediums, but I have been mostly drawing traditionally with an ink pen on paper. I also use a digital tablet for it’s convenient and time-saving features.”
