Heather Lynn
Heather Lynn is an abstract mixed medium painter located in Washington, DC. She specialises in large scale residential, commercial and commission work. Heather’s work is often dense with her self created texture mediums and constructed with vibrant colour, movement and depth. Her work has been curated and juried in many exhibitions throughout the United States. Her work is held in collections and exhibits in the USA, UK and EU.
Heather has created a new medium using organically sourced healing crystals, recycled glass, and sand from around the world — crushed, combined and infused into her paints. Of this medium, she states, “The crystals act as conduits for healing, allowing positive energy to flow into the body as negative, disease-causing energy flows out. The art refracts light to create dynamic, shifting perspectives.”
Throughout 2019 Heather’s work has been shown at The Carrousel du Louvre in Paris and at Miami’s Art Basel exhibits. She currently has gallery representation in Washington DC, New York City, Miami and Paris.
