Menucha Page
The work of artist Menucha Page blends contemporary techniques with classical and ancient subject matter. Photography is combined with aerosol paint, as well as metal and glasswork to create contemporary and dynamic works that comment on ancient Hebrew tradition. “My artwork incorporates the depth of Hebrew letters and ancient texts originating in Babylon and Ancient Israel.”
Menucha trained at the New York Institute of Photography as well as studying under the artist Rivka Bergson. She has exhibited at the Rosenbach Contemporary Gallery in the heart of Jerusalem, Israel and has a permanent collection of her works on display at the historic Nachlaot neighbourhood (Jerusalem).
Before moving to Israel, Menucha was an executive in a high-tech company managing a team across two continents. She is a mother of six children and takes her inspiration from the ancient spiritual sources of Torah Judaism.
She is available for commission upon request.
