Stéphane Manou
French artist Stéphane Manou recalls the language of the abstract across various media as part of his more considerable fascination with the human form. From his acrylic paintings to his dimensional sculptures, the central motif in his oeuvre is above all, people.
Born 1975 in Douai, France, Manou now lives and works in Koblenz, Germany. Having discovered his affinities for art at a young age, he taught himself how to paint while maintaining an active array of connections to the art world. In addition to building unique houses in collaboration with the artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser, he has also enjoyed showcases of his work at exhibitions and seminars at the European Art Academy in Trier. He has also exhibited his work in collaboration with VAN GOGH Art Gallery in Spain and at the Salzburg International Artfair in Austria.
